I'll guarantee you this is the worst service in the world. unfortunately I was involved in an car accident and they refused to give me another car to drive in the middle of my trip. I spoke to their head office to lend me another car, they were happy to do so but the branch in TAS was trying to avoid me listening to their conversation. that makes a terrifying trip in TAS I will never rent a car from them again.

While the service takes a while to complete, Rex was great to deal with. Helped us take the luggage to the car, loaded it and helped with the baby seat. Outstanding customer service.

Manager on duty is rude and unreasonable. When found out that we were overcharged by the company, tried to explain the situation to the duty manager, but he refer to listen and ask us to leave and just email the feedback online. Unprofessional service.
