Tried to test another car service company this time, to fix the oil leaks behind the timing belt cover of my Subaru. First impression was pretty good -  however after I inspected their  work at home I detected work quality issues: 1. Timing belt cover bolt missing 2. Lower timing belt cover seal missing  For a $1,000 bill for the job you would expect them to spend $20 for a new timing belt cover seal, instead of just re-assembling it without a seal at all and hope that no one will notice. Their position is that it was not part of the job -excuse me?!  So basically I have to fix these issues myself.  Unfortunately I can not recommend this place at all! I was treated very rudely by the initially "friendly" Manager.  If you do have to use their service make sure you check everything in detail after the job is completed.

Great customer service, easy to deal with and great communicators!, Not the cheapest around but they are well worth the few extra bucks, I have no reservations about recommending Warren and his team.

I cannot say enough about Warren and his team! They went above and beyond to help me, despite being already fully booked and cars spilling out of the workshop. They are so trustworthy and only want to give you  great service at the best price. Thank you for being the best mechanics on the peninsula!

We have enjoyed Warren as our mechanic for over 10 years and highly recommend him and his amazing team. They are honest, give you options and explain everything clearly and won't rip you off!

I have been using Rob's expertise for a few years. Even though it is a bit of distance to get there takes me 45 minutes it is well worth the honesty and approach of knowing that what needs doing gets done vs what can wait or is not a problem doesn't get to be a distraction. Great service and friendly approach and always reasonably priced.

Followed these mechanics down from Frankston, even though I live an hour away it's worth the drive. Paul and Warren are both fantastic and trustworthy. They explain every detail in layman's terms which is really helpful.
