We recently visited beautiful Tasmania ancouple of weeks ago & hired a Rav 4 hybrid with Dale at Budget rentals & he was so extremely helpful & his customer service was 11/10.nHe was the main reason I booked a few weeks prior over the phone from Melb,nafter comparing with other rental companies. We were very happy with the Rav 4 hybrid which was perfect for 4 adults & 2 large suitcases & comfortable for our drive from Hobart to the west coast then east coast then Launceston. It was convenient too that we could pick up & drop both their CB locations & only cost $150 in fuel. Thanks very much once again Dale. We’ll be back because of you.
We booked our car for five days through Budget and had an amazing experience. The staff were very friendly, and both the pick up and drop off processes were smooth and easy, thanks to their clear guidance. We were lucky to receive a free upgrade at no additional cost. Their rates are among the best compared to other leading competitors. Highly recommend!!!
Our experience in picking up a rental vehicle from Budget in Hobart could not have been better. The representative who served us was so helpful and informative. Genuine 5 star service.
Great experience with Hobart budget. I got my booking wrong as I needed to drop off to Launceston and not Hobart airport. Staff made the change for us with no extra charge.
