Really grumpy staff. Also you might book a cheap car but the extra insurance you need to be safe is very expensive so make sure you arrange your own insurance on websites like TRIPCOVER etc.

I hire cars ALOT and HERTZ customer greeting, service & explanations were unpatient and cold. Obviously sick of their job or bad management. Oh and the cars are not cheap once you add on insurance. Would not recommend.

Poor customer service, failed to adequately explain terms of hire so there were continually "surprise add on fees" previously unexplained despite my booking ahead. Truck in shabby condition with exposed wiring in tray and a leaky roof.

Car was very late . Supposed to be 10.30 and it ended up almost 12 . Yes they gave us a discount but how do you pick up an hour and a half.
