I am honestly reluctant to do business with car dealers after having had bad experiences in the past, however, in the last year I have bought 2 vehicles from JMC and I have to say the service has simply been outstanding! They offered fair prices for trade ins, provided a courtesy car when needed and their follow up and after sales service has been outstanding. Special mention to Laura Heddle. If you want to buy a new car, don't do it until you speak to her first! Refreshing, enthusiastic and professional. I look forward to buying another vehicle from her soon :
We were taken care of by a beautiful lady called Laura, she showed us the ins and outs of our new vehicle and made us feel extremely comfortable with our new purchase, she took care of us both and made sure we had every little detail in place both on paper and to do with the new car. We are over the moon with our new car and are very pleased that we went to Jackson's motor company in Derwent Park. We will most definitely be recommending JMC to our family and friends. We couldn't be happier with the customer service we received today.
I had a wonderful experience with Laura with buying my first ever brand new car! She was very approachable, bubbly answered relatable. We had a bit of a snag with the delivery of the car taking longer than expected but Laura always tried to keep me updated and was fine with me pestering her with questions. She explained all aspects of the car and made sure that I was all ready to go when I could drive off with my new car. Our recent purchase of a Suzuki from JMC has been very satisfactory, apart from longish wait which had nothing to do with the dealership. This is our second Suzy from JMC and both times we have found them courteous and efficient. The representative with whom we worked to acquire an Ignis, Laura has been fantastic. She has sorted out some issues with our other vehicle and has been great to deal with on the new car. Happy to recommend both JMC and Suzuki. The latest car is our fourth Suzy out of 23 cars we have purchased in last 50 odd years.
I bought my car through JMC and dealt with the lovely Laura. She was more than accommodating, ensuring my rego and change over fees were sorted. They even fitted my number plate protectors before my reveal so it looked perfect. More than happy to recommend Laura and the team at JMC for your next car.

Bought a used car last month and had excellent experience from Laura. She is a super friendly staff with compassionate nature. I recently bought a nice Audi from JMC and can’t speak highly enough of Brodie and the rest of the team. They were very accommodating to my situation which was admittedly complex. They say the test of a business is when things don’t go to plan, and unfortunately I did encounter some issues with the car, which required some attention. The team at JMC stepped up and have dealt with the situation quickly, professionally and effectively - and I can say this wouldn’t have been the case with many other dealers. Thanks Brodie and Hayden, I appreciate how you’ve handled this and definitely recommend you and the JMC team to anyone seeking a car in Tassie or the North Island!

We just purchased a car with JMC. We were taken care of by Tray & Brendan who were both very friendly, professional, prompt, and patiently answered all our questions. Tray was great at communicating with us throughout the process, and kept us informed right from the initial enquiry we made, through to the final keys handover.
