This is my absolute favourite place for high tea on a Sunday afternoon. The food is divine and the staff are incredibly friendly and wonderful. The hydro majestic has been beautifully restored and does the location and magnificent view of the blue mountains justice. Highly recommended for a beautiful weekend lunch, all you need is good company.

Food and service were excellent. Definitely worth a visit to this iconic venue and take part in this fine dining experience.

Check the menu before going. It isn't for everyone. Very polite staff who cannot offer enough service. Food prices are way over the top for the miniscule portions, but cannot complain a bit about the quality. Drinks are too expensive too and the kids ice cream tasted aweful. Worth going at least once in a lifetime though. The view is good too.

We had a great time having high tea there. Very expensive, but exactly what you’d expect. Will not do this again, but happy I had a chance to do it.

A delicious meal. The Oberon lamb was absolutely delicious and the confit duck was also a winner. Desserts were also really tasty - recommend the Brandy snap with Bilpin apple ice cream.
