10 out of 10! All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our order was taken quickly and food was brought out all together very soon after. It was the most delicious food I’ve eaten! Needless to say there was not a scrap left on the plates at the end of the meal! Tuan was an incredible waiter and had a good humour about him too 😊 the view was absolutely to die for. This restaurant is definitely the place to go in Katoomba to see the beautiful mountain line and dine in at a beautiful restaurant that is fairly priced. Thanks for a wonderful night out!

Let me start out by saying that the food here was good, but the service was TERRIBLE. If you want to keep reading, I will be describing my first experience at this restaurant, but basically, they got our BOOKING WRONG, our ORDER WRONG, and took their time (1.5 HOURS) for a kids meal to arrive. It starts out like this, our whole family, (3 kids 4 adults) went there for a concert in the Mountains Heritage Hotel attached, so we booked for 7 people at 5:30. When we arrived there at 5:20, they insisted that we had only booked for 6 people, (um I think we know our family better than you), but this was quickly resolved by squishing in a chair on one side of the table for one of the children. No biggie. We had ordered (at 5:30) 4 beef meals (or similar) for the adults, 3 kids spaghetti bolognese and 2x garlic bread to be brought out with the main, (no problems with the drinks). One of the garlic breads arrived early, before the mains. That's OK, no biggie. However, it was when we received all the meals excepting 1 of the kids spaghetti bolognese everything started going downhill. We waited a little but it did not appear. Everyone had finished their meals but this mysterious spaghetti bolognese still hadn't arrived. We asked a waiter and they said "only 2 more minutes." 10 minutes later we went up and asked a different waiter, and they said they would check in the kitchen. They came out and told us to give it 5 more minutes. When, 10 minutes after that, the meal still hadn't arrived we confronted the manager. He looked into it and told us the order hadn't even been placed! He apologized and told us the spaghetti would be complimentary, (not that we would have paid for it anyway). A waitress arrived soon after with a complimentary garlic bread, (we had already received our 2 ordered ones). Finally (after nearly 1 and 1/2 hours after ordering) the same waitress brought out the kids spaghetti bolognese but, consequently taking back our complimentary garlic bread! We were late for our concert that evening. Never going back here again! Good luck if you do! Remember the food here was good. That was our experience and we think they should be embarrassed with the amount of mistakes they made in one evening. Everything written is completely true. We hope, if you choose to go here, your experience is better than ours.
