The yellow deli has exceptional theming! The customer service was mediocre - I understand poor customer service if they don’t get paid. Beside the fact it’s a cult - the food is really good! Perfect flat white and cinnamon roll!
We stopped by this place for tea time, and it was just okay. The cinnamon roll was fine, and the carrot cake was decent, although I didn't enjoy the cream on top, as it wasn't to my taste. The staff was nice, and the location is convenient, just a few minutes from Katoomba Station. We ordered tea, and both were alright but not memorable. Overall, it was a suitable spot for a quick break and recharge.
Great themed setting, delicious and hearty meals and organised, efficient service. We went twice during our short visit! And no surcharges nHighly recommended, arrive early on the weekend!
This is one of my favourite restaurants. It's so beautiful! and the food they serve is the best!! And the servers where so caring and polite and we felt so welcome and it made us feel so comfortable. Thank you
Entering the venue was a nice experience regardless of how social media portrays the franchise and their back story for the people that know, customer service was lovely as were the workers greeting people at the front door.nnQuick wait times to sit down even whilst being very busy.nnQuick ordering to food on table times.nnInside was incredible with how the venue was decorated/styled.. very mystical wonderland & whimsical.nnOverall experience I would say 6.5/10.nnWorth a visit if youre venturing to the Blue Mountains.
