Classy restaurant with an interesting menu. All the food was very tasty and well cooked but I wouldn't expect anything less at this price. Cheapest wine $60 a bottle. Hence my four rather than five star rating. Beautiful classic dining room and the service was good. Everything is very good but not exceptional which one should expect at this price.

We had a great time at Darley's. The food was spectacular and the serving staff were amazing. Everything was exactly how we thought it would be. Would definitely go back if we are in the Blue Mountains region.

We had dinner here last night the food was surperb, staff and atmosphere was exceptional we would highly recommend this wonderful restaurant could not fault.

Superb setting, perfectly balanced degustation with matching wines and relaxed and respectful service, in particular George - a real professional at his craft. I hope that for many years to come that the business survives, as the upkeep on the building would be high and it clear that the owners are passionate about maintaining the heritage and story of the property. We arrived at dusk so we were able to see the beautiful gardens as well as the tasteful decor of the restaurant. Highly recommended.

Historic place, great food, excellent service. Convemiently located near the echo point lookout. We went there first for sunset then walked over tl the restaurant for dinner.
