On a whole, our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The overall experience was the relaxing night away that we wanted. Apart from a few hick-ups, Lilianfels literally offers a stay in begone years. Although the rooms are tired, out dated and rather dull or loud with florals, Lilianfels offers clean comfortable rooms. Ample complimentary items, including bottled water. Would I say value for money, no, but that's based off the uninviting aesthetics of both room and overall Hotel. Sorry, but it's looking sad. Maintained grounds are lovely, lounge area relaxing, food average, service friendly and helpful, underground parking, dark, cramped and dirty. Check-in/out easy. Great location to attractions and walking trails. View stunning. We were relaxed but put off by a Hotel that appears to not have been updated, for many decades, yet the rates are comparable to most modern Sydney Hotels overlooking the harbour.
Wonderful staff. We had a great experience dining in both the Lounge and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The Lounge had someone playing piano and singing beautifully. The hotel breakfast.....they make awesome espresso coffees and fresh egg dishes by order. They even had a bottle of bubbles to make your own mimosa! All staff are very friendly, warm, hospitable and patient with families who are staying with young kids.
My family stayed at Lilianfels for a weekend away on the kids stay and eat free promotion, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our visit special.nnThe room was immaculate and clean. Although there were 2 queen beds and a full lounge the room was huge!nnThe location is perfect, just a short walk from Echo Point and the Three Sisters. After long days of hiking and sightseeing, it was a wonderful place to return to and unwind.nnThe dining experience was a highlight. Breakfast each morning was a delight, especially the fresh juice and pastries. Dinners were amazing. My children devoured everything on the kids menu and the wagyu beef burger was so delicious my husband ordered it twice.nnHighly recommended!
Our stay at Lilianfels Hotel in the Blue Mountains was absolutely amazing! The property is beautiful, and the staff’s outstanding service made it a truly memorable experience.nLahiru at reception went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He even helped turn on the tennis court lights at night so my daughter could play tennis.nJoe at the restaurant was fantastic—she remembered our order by heart! Her beautiful smile and friendly demeanor brightened every meal.nKaterina at the spa provided a wonderfully relaxing experience that was tailored to our needs.
I can honestly say that this resort and spa was a truly unforgettable experience. The staff were so attentive and polite, complimenting the elegant decor and tranquil scenery. A special thank you to the staff of the spa for affording my partner and I with the most rejuvinating and comforting massages and facials. We left as supple as butter and relieved of all stress. Definitely worth the price and will certainly be returning to enjoy the facilities again.
