We noticed this place on our arrival to Katoomba so decided to stop by for a quick dinner and drink.They were busy as it was Friday evening and live band was getting ready to play as well. We first got served salad. It was huge portion so it compensated for average pizza that came much later. It is ok place to visit for the atmosphere and beer if you’re visiting on the weekend as we did
Had their unique crocodile pizza and kangaroo pizza. Both were unexpectedly delicious! Crocodile meat tasted like chick breast, white, chewy and a bit dry. Kangaroo meat was a bit hard to chew, tasted like beef ?. We loved their thin and crispy pizza base! The sweetness of coconut combined with limes in the crocodile pizza was soooo good!
Delicious freshly made woodfire pizza! A good price and really good side too, can be shared by 2 people! We got the Wentworth falls pizza with Tiger prawns! Had so much flavour while not being pretty light and easy to eat! Also got a dark and stormy which was yum!nThe place is also really cool and has a very old-school vibe to it!
Nice place with a great atmosphere! The food is tasty, especially the wood fire pizza, and the prices are quite reasonable. Service was friendly and attentive. The only area that needs improvement is cleanliness—tables and washrooms could be better maintained. Otherwise, a lovely spot to enjoy a casual meal!
Ordered the Hartley Vale and Blackheath pizzas. Both pizzas were really good. I would have liked a little bit more chorizo on the Blackheath, but it was still very tasty. Also tried the Fallen Angel cocktail which was really nice.nnThe restaurant itself was quite loud due to the live music from the bar, but the performer was good. Service was good too and the staff were attentive and friendly.
