I went there during the long weekend and they were having some staffing issues. Despite only having 3 staffs working on that day, they were still delivering excellent service!nnThe place is beautiful, super clean and really quiet, perfect for relaxing.nThe room is very spacious, great for family holiday.nOverall, I'm a happy customer and will recommend this place to others.

Parklands is a beautiful, serene place. It’s like another little world. The gardens are beautiful to wander through and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The electric fire in our room was lovely to sit by on a cool night. The buffet breakfast offered a delicious variety and the breakfast room looking out on to the gardens, was gorgeous. The staff very very friendly and attentive. We would have loved to stay longer.

An absolute delightful oasis so close to Blackheath .Thank you so much to Matilde and her team. Despite staffing issues The team rallied through and provided excellent service to a high standard. I hope they are all rewarded not only in pay but in better staff ratios . Parklands is an extremely beautiful placenwith great areas to eat rest stroll . Parklands is a truly beautiful hotel with gorgeous gardens and tranquil ambience.nThe rooms are spacious and comfortable. Our experiences there have been consistently enjoyable and the staff made extra efforts to meet our needs.nOur few niggles are that there is no movie channel or Netflix. Chilly late afternoons after a big walk lend themselves to a movie in the lovely room with the fire on.nOur other suggestion is a dinner night at the resort when the local restaurants are closed.nThe lounge area is very inviting but it’s not used to its potential.nWe will definitely return as it’s a favourite!!!nThank you especially to Mathilde as a friendly fun manager and Lauren for the best coffee in the Mountains.

We booked through booking.com and the room is as nice as shown in those pictures. Spacious room, comfy bed, nice bathroom. We love the fireplace so much. The garden is pretty and there are lots of colorful birds.
