Parklands Country Garden & Lodges Blue Mountains

My bf and I stayed here for 2 nights and everything from the service to the buffet breakfast was well worth more than 5 stars. We initially had problems with our fireplace as we couldn’t get it started, but after making a quick call to reception, Eric was there to help us. He got the fireplace working and it made the experience that much better. I highly commend all the staff at parklands country garden and lodge for all their efforts and making the stay an unforgettable getaway. I couldn’t recommend a better place to stay and can’t wait for our return.

We spent two nights in a loft room and it was incredible. The room itself was spacious and private, with a nice view of the trees from the high windows. The path to the room was nice, through some trees and when we first entered the room there was some music from the TV with information about the site (and others). We had breakfast both days, one of those days we were able to order a meal from the menu which was great, the coffee was also really good. Both mornings we had a fabulous view of the garden. The main staff member we talked to, who assisted us was Marcus and he was fantastic, as with all staff on site. Super friendly and happy to help, the staff help make the stay more enjoyable. The only downside was the internet, you are provided with 1,000MB of downloads per 24 hours, compared to hotels of similar level in Sydney this is not great.. I hope this changes (still 5 stars though!)

Lovely bungalow style hotel set in beutiful gardens. Caters to corporate meetings and weekend guests. They have a restsurant but it only serves breakfast. It is a glorified b & b.

We stayed at Parkland recently and it was wonderful. The staffs were very helpful. Thank you Marcus you have made our stay super special. The room is well maintained and clean. Keep up your good work. We will definitely return.

Parklands has great service, very friendly and welcoming staff, the room was clean and tidy and very well presented. Our stay here was certainly 5 stars, will definitely be returning again. It’s nice and close to the center of town and beautiful views towards Govetts Leap lookout.
