I was blown away by the service at The Warehouse Glenfield. The staff member I spoke to was knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions without rushing me. It felt like they genuinely wanted to help rather than just make a sale. A massive credit to the management team for having such excellent employees.
Had a 7 days nightmare trying to get my mobile working after swapping my provider to Warehouse. Went back again and was told that they need another 2 days to get it right. Decided to give up and approach the Manager for a refund. Thanks to CHRIS , with his patience and knowledge, set it right and I am now one happy Warehouse customer.
Wasted a lot of my urgent time coming here as the website had shown that the store had the baking beads in stock. I needed it urgently and the staff checked the stock up the shelves for about half an hour before ultimately telling me that it’s likely unavailable. Very frustrating experience as that wasted a lot of my valuable time
I found this when I check the toy section. I’m not judging Gen Z’s special interests. I think it’s better than anything you can find from Pop Mart.
I bought this blender and it immediately stopped working - it keeps turning off....
