I had marketplace offers and discounts and purchased over $200 worth of items. Nobody asked me to scan my coupons, as they do at the other stores. I then asked for a refund to get my offers and the staff weren't trained adequately and did not know how to do this process. Then there was a line and the customers were being arrogant. An older lady tried to assist and was shot down by her coworker. They don't have the best variety of stock either due to it being such a small store. Only shop here because I live in the city. Next time I will go elsewhere.
This place is small but it's good. I could find the things that I needed but the service is not good. I couldn't find a product and I asked one of the employees and he replied like he was doing me a favor. Also a woman at the cashier, she looks old, she's really rude.

What’s the point of such a little warehouse with limited stock? I wanted some cargo pants. They had 3. All were xxxl. Useless.
Same-day click and collect for most items and next-day click and collect for others. Very friendly and considerate staff from the ones who are prompt with your order to the kind security at the front. This venue is my go-to during Level 3! Just scan the order QR with your camera, enter the order details, and wait for your name to be called.
Expensive! Also it was much better to ask about the Market Club member.
5 stars due to the customer service. Staff sis always nice, friendly, and super helpful. The location is great and I love ordering online and picking up at this store if they don't have what I need directly in-store but usually well stocked.
Very rude and blunt customer service rep at check outs today. I am a warehouse employee myself and I don't remember any of us practicing or encouraging this behaviour. She wasn't ready to help neither was she very pleasant about it. I had a very disturbing start to my day.
Had extremely wonderful customer service from Lois assisting me with a product I required. They didn't have what I wanted in stock but she suggested another product that was even better than the one I had asked for and it was on sale too - what a bonus. The fact that she had taken the time to go the extra mile is much appreciated.
