Ordered garden furniture online as they had a sale on*, delivery was very prompt within 10days and good communication update from the delivery team. Very pleased with our purchase as we already knew what we were looking for however *I would advise going to a showroom and viewing in person before you buy. Thank you
Avoid dealing or buying from this store. I bought a sofa, but unfortunately it did not go into the escalator. I went to the store and told him that the problem was with the delivery man. He advised me to take it up the stairs, but he did not remove it. When I went to the store several times, I asked them to return, they did not agree and they said that I can choose a different model or something with the value of purchases The handling was very bad in a deceptive manner. They make you sign the invoice, including conditions that do not allow you to return and bear the delivery rent twice as much. I advise everyone to read the paper before signing and avoid this store
This warehouse has lots of furniture to complete a house . However, the customer service afterwards is appalling. Some tips for you to know: 1- take a tape measure to ensure the size you are actually looking for is available, 2- when paying double check the amount you are purchasing and how much they are charging on your card. 3- be aware of the provenance of the item: Will it be delivered new from their other depot or will you have the display model you are seeing and many people have tried on or touched! To be honest, I did not see any hand sanitizer liquids available, any regulations on wearing a mask or social distancing display. So if you are getting the display model, you should receive a discount! 4- when booking for a delivery, make sure to get a number to call as the delivery men 'might' have an issue, and you should call as soon as your booking delivery time has passed or you will be waiting for the whole day and for nothing. 5- I believe there is an upstairs room which is for stock or storage. Nevertheless, there are no security measures implemented to avoid any incidents or trip hazard. So keep your kids close in case they're wandering around. Since December, we are still waiting for a discount for the display model we have received instead of a brand new one! There are too many flaws in this warehouse, and I am so disappointed so don't be fooled by their marketing's advertising.
Despite the numerous poor reviews I was curious to look round this place .I really wish I had listened to my instincts.I know some people have been very happy with their purchases but all I can say is check ,check and recheck whatever you want to buy which is quite difficult when items are pushed back in a corner with other items all around and you are disabled.They certainly won't make you aware of any defects etc and when you finally notice at home it is too late.They will deny all responsibility ,hide behind the small print and accuse you of telling lies, and they have never heard of customer service.They will knowingly sell you faulty goods and hope you don't notice. Avoid this place or be very careful or you could make a very expensive mistake

Great choice with no waiting time as everything's right there on the floor, and there's always new stuff coming in. The prices are proper warehouse reductions, and you get fantastic service from Anthony and team. The whole experience was smooth and seamless, delivery was punctual despite the rain, the guys were so professional, and put the sofa in situ with all connections secured in no time. We can't recommend them enough - busy thinking about what we'll be buying next!!!
I didn't find anything that appears to be a clearance item.
Found what I was looking for. Staff very friendly and helpful.
