POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!nWent there shopping Sunday night 08/12/24 the lady who serve us has very very poor customer service . After scanning our shopping just put the staff on the counter without even folding it and after the payment she just turn her back without even bothering to ask us if we needed a bag and leave us in the counter sorting our staff.nI would not do my Christmas shopping again in this branch if this staff is gonna serve me again. Hope this branch will look into the people working at night time of this date.08/12/24nnThanks,nCherryl
Click and collect from this store is useless.nI bought 1 curtain on a Sunday and asked staff if they had more. Without checking stock she flat out said no.nThat same night I ordered Click & Collect for the rest of the curtains I needed which were miraculously ready for collection from the same store the very next morning.nWent to pick up my order which took almost an hour because your store doesn't know where or how orders are kept. Finally got my order, went home to hang the curtains and 4 out of 7 curtains were the wrong size and wrong pattern!nSuch a waste of my time!nThe young girl on the counter was going to give me a refund but the manager atleast checked stock levels and went and searched the absolute mess on the top of the shelves for my missing curtains. Thanks to her for sorting it out and making an effort.
This is a nice warehouse to shop at, feel like they have everything you need here from baby stuff, furniture, clothing, beauty, homewares, some grocery items, footwear and childrens toys. This warehouse also has a good electronics and book section.nnParking here is easy, plenty of parking and never an issue getting a space.nnI do also appreciate that this warehouse is open till 10pm most nights and later than most other warehouse stores. This makes it quite convenient.
I was in their this morning looking for a certain product. I asked a staff member by the name of Feroza for assistance, she stopped what she was doing and guided me to the area I needed, but, she didn't leave, she then started looking for the product with me. Impressed totally with her assistance to go the extra mile.nThank you for such a great staff member :
