Brought a laptop today. They said its brand new and seal was not broken. Suddenly disappointed once go home and checked. The seal was broken and laptop has been used. Simply liars. Not buying a single thing from them again.
I had a disappointing experience with Harvey Norman. During one of their 3rd-grade sales, I bought a Samsung TV. While purchasing, the salesperson strongly recommended I buy a replacement cover, assuring me it would cover issues like a damaged or malfunctioning remote.nnFast forward 8 months, my remote stopped working. When I visited the store to claim a replacement, they refused and said I needed to purchase a new one, offering numerous excuses. It felt like a scam just to get an extra $150 out of customers.nnThe service was terrible, and the replacement cover is completely misleading. I advise others not to buy it, as they don't honor their promises after the sale. Very poor service from Harvey Norman, and the sales team comes across as unprofessional and dishonest.
