Great deals, great prices. Staff were incredibly helpful, both in store and via email. They were responsive and quick to help. They offer a good range, particularly for those with a budget. They actually looked like a decent furniture place, not like those super cheap Asian furniture warehouse stores. The quality is not bad. It is not upmarket, but it’s a great place to start, again for those with a budget.
We bought our dinning set today and thanks to Nabeel, he was very helpful. Highly recommend.
The shop was with customer being dealt with one Indian staff. The guy Chinese on the counter did not come to attend, went for his lunch break and came back but still did not look towards us although there was no other customers. There were 2 couples who came waited like us but walked out without anyone attending. We sat on sofa for almost 45 min all through the drama. We waited as on our earlier visit we were promised for a good deal being "Queen's Birthday " and wanted to close the deal. That guy later came to us after the lady told him. We purchased the bed and mattress. We assembled the bed frame although the nuts were not fitting properly. The next day after complaint 2 guys came and told us that there was a mismatch of frames. They changed the brackets and it was all good. . The bed and mattress is good now. So, if you want attention even though no one else is there, bang on something that makes a loud noise .
Bought a super king mattress/base off their website last week during a 50% off sale and they were able to deliver it a couple of days later. The delivery crew were on time, friendly and everything was well wrapped. We had previously bought a queen size mattress/base from them 4-years ago which also went without a hitch, but after the previous owner allowed the company to go into receivership last year I was a bit worried about this latest transaction, but it seems the new owner has things sorted and is committed to getting the brand back on track. Would recommend giving these guys a try as for the price and delivery service, you can't get much better.

Really great furniture for decent prices. I love my new sofa set and the guys that delivered it did so without any delay. They kept me posted while they were driving to my house as well. The guys in store also help you according to what you're looking for versus trying to sell you just anything. Would go back here again!
Prices and quality of products are one thing. However, customer service takes you to a whole new level. Here, the customer service, if I'm speaking honestly, was ok at best. My biggest complaint was, after clarifying in store, the orientation of the L shaped couch we wanted, they send us the opposite. Then there was the whole drama of trying to get the thing swapped. They were asking us to adjust to the delivery time of their driver. My thoughts on this, guys, you messed up the order. If you were really concerned with customer service, you adjust to us, we shouldn't have to adjust to you. Potentially more to this review when I get home later and actually check the couch out.
better quality product with good price, have to warn you that they do not offer refunds, they provide store credit instead. I bought a bed set from here with a faulty headboard, told them what had happen and their response was very quick, only waited couple of days for them to redeliver a new head board. Money well spent here
We recently ordered some furniture and realized one item had missing parts out of the box. A staff arrived at our house very soon after we called them with replacement parts and help us put things together. It was really good service.
The lady who served us was quite helpful but ended up giving us false information. Since we work Monday to friday till 6.30pm and clearly told her we can't pick up during weekdays. She said not to worry and their warehouse is open on a Saturday. We hired a van, paid for it and got a call today to say sorry we are not open on Saturdays. How frustrating! Only if she had told us we would gone elsewhere to suit our schedule. Not happy with the service at all. We purchased stuff for more than 2k and this is the service we are getting. Try and train your team members on actual information about the company. Step up your game PK!
