Service was okay. I ordered online for a click and collect service. The online transaction was smooth and effortless and communication was stress-free.nnHowever, service inside the store was a little frustrating. I went to the information desk to ask where the click and collect desk was. I was directed towards the timber end where there was a kiosk. Which was down the other side of the building.nnI asked the staff member down there and was directed back to information. Two staff were busy with customers, with a third member standing there fiddling with his top, and chatting to one of his other team members.nnI decided to search on my own and went back down towards the timber department where I found a knowledgable staff member I wish I got his name because he was great who was able to describe in detail where the Click and Collect desk is situated. The frustrating part was, it was where I wad in the beginning of this whole episode, right next to the information desk.nnSo, maybe clarifying with young staff members that if they're not sure, to find out before sending customers somewhere it isnt.nnI would like to state that they weren't rude, just unsure.
Typical here now . No checkout open except for the customer service desk , so then you’re stuck behind people doing returns , or the tool shed . Current line is 15 people deepnMultiple self checkouts but as always they are closed . Stop being so cheap on the staff and use the facilities you have .nGetting to be a joke now
Favorite DIY store, only issues are when you search online for a product it tells you what isle it is in and what Bay No. I have never seen a bay No. not once and sometimes it is difficult to find someone to ask for assistance but when you do usually really knowledgeable and helpful. Return policy is very good and easy process. I have an extensive Ryobi collection and have spent $1000's in this store over the years.
I had a long wait to get keys cut while the staff member Thomas who did them had “gone toilet” I was told! Stood at the counter for half an hour. No one paged him, just one young lady who kept saying he wouldn’t be too much longer. At the half hour mark I began to wonder if Thomas had fallen in! But he showed not long after that. I wanted three keys cut. One he said no they couldn’t, another he said no it was bent so it wouldn’t work. He cut the other. I managed to talk him into cutting the bent one and it’s all good. While the wait was very long and I only achieved 2/3 of my goal, o still love the Bunnings! So they still get a three. Usually it would be 4/5 but the wait just killed my vibe!
Service with a smile! Kudos to Tom and huge thanks to Joel Lynch for helping me out! It was nearly closing and had to buy the wardrobe unit. Joel assigned on the carts has given me huge help to fit my purchases in my car. Happy Christmas indeed!
