Staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and very helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure that you have a great experience, even just for small items. The store carry lots of items despite its compact size. Parking can be challenging at times.

While not the largest Mitre 10, it is by far the best. The staff are great - not only friendly but very knowledgeable. If you are a bit stuck, this is the place to go. Even though I said it is a smaller, store they have always had what I needed!

Always find what I need and sometimes what I didn’t know I needed. Staff are always kind and friendly, and think carefully before suggesting products. Bonus: they’re an airpoints member.

Popped in for a few things. Nice experience, got everything we needed. It’s a boutique Mitre10, compact but has everything. The little one appreciated the playhouse
