Used Kiwi Self storage for about 2 years to store household goods. Their facility is extremely secure, clean, well maintained and all sheltered. Access to the unit was easy with easily accessible lifts and passageways. They also have plenty of trolleys. Office staff are friendly and helpful. They also have a large variety of boxes and packing material for sale that are cheaper than most other stores. Would recommend.
I have been a customer since 2016. To be even slightly fair I have probably been their most difficult customer ever. My circumstances are unusual dues to high conflict ongoing court and custody issues to why everything was put in storage. Often I am behind in my payments and at times interaction from my side has become extremely heated and tense. Despite this I am still a customer and appreciate and value the amount of understanding even when it seems to be there is no understanding of my situation. I do recommend the storage facility. Covid has made everything so much more difficult. Recently as my situation has gone from worst to worst. I extremely humbly appreciate so much their understanding so much that words cant express my gratitude. Thank you
Very friendly staff with clear communication, great location with easy access. Clean and well monitored.
We phoned Sue on sunday for pricing and info then decided to call down to take a look. Sue showed us a unit and it was perfect. Within 20 mins we were all signed up with our passcodes, paperwork and payment sorted. The facilities were clean and well run with secure access through the gate with a pin, pad locked door supply your own and alarmed units. There are plenty of trolleys and sack barrows for moving gear around. Sue was great to deal with and really friendly, patient and helpful. I went down tonight at 9.30pm and felt safe there alone as it's well lit and secure.
Overall my experience with this particular facility has been excellent Good customer service on the telephone and good communication with employee's of Kiwi Self Storage. I receive a one week Email notice prior to the monthly payment due. I was able to create an automatic weekly payment for rental of my storage unit. The size of my storage unit is ideal for my requirements. Entry to the facility is made easy through their gated security system. You are able to access the facility 24 hours. Security cameras are also present. The correct access code must be entered. Failure to do so may require further assistance at the office desk during opening hours. The facility offers parking. This allows you to unload your vehicle without any problem. Trolley's are readily available on the ground floor and each floor of the facility to assist you to your storage unit. This particular facility is well maintained. Be aware that the facility can be unbearable on a hot and sunny day. Rodent control is evident. This facility was recommended by a friend and I will endeavour to do the same.
This place has been awesome. From the very start their friendly and professional approach won me over compared to others. The storage is clean, dry, safe and easily accessible. Their customer service and response is outstanding. Would highly recommend their services to anyone needing storage solutions.

The storage facility is always clean and tidy inside and out. Sue and Gary are so friendly and helpful and go the extra mile to make things work for you. I’d recommend them and their storage facility to anyone looking for short or long term storage solutions.
Recently vacated a unit at Kiwi Self Storage. Had a bad experience with the movers. They loaded half my property into the truck and then refused to load the rest on the pretext that the cartons were too heavy. There was a bit of arguing back and forth and finally the truck driver just offloaded my property and left all of it lying in the middle of the parking area. The moving company said they would send a replacement truck to takeover the job but that would take about half an hour. During this time Peter from the KSS office come out to assist by guiding other customers to alternate parking areas and directing foot traffic through alternate access ways. We were saved a lot of embarrassment thanks to the efforts of the office staff. Very pleased with their efforts and would certainly recommend Kiwi Self Storage to my friends for their friendly service
Excellent storage facility. Jane and Allan are very friendly and helpful. This place is very tidy, clean and secure.
