Rob at St Luke’s was helpful and efficient even though he had people waiting to be served. In future I would let people know about the one off admin fee of $20 either in bold on the website or over the phone if making enquires, it would save any hassles up front. Despite this the process was simple and so far I’m happy with the service.
I've just taken out a unit. The $40 admin fee was a surprise when I went in and did the paperwork after getting prices over the phone, but the member of staff who signed me up was very helpful otherwise. The parking area is tight but no issues otherwise.
Darren showed excellent customer service and professionalism for my storage needs. He guided me through every step of the logistical process. I highly recommend Storage king - St Lukes for your storing options whether it be short or long term!
Stuck overseas due to covid, and they never bothered updating my number or address when i gave it to them. Our main communication for 4 years is email so i didn't now of any problem as i recieved none. I fell a month behind mucking up international transfer dates and instead of emailing me, they messaged my estranged sister saying they would sell my belongings etc and giving her details on my contract with them. This was not as she was on my account but that she HAS A SIMILAR NAME AND A UNIT IN THE SAME FACILITY. The texts led with 'are you related to....'. She used this to make crazy claims to my various family members. I saw a screenshot of a text where they INFORMED her that she couldnt take ownership of all my stuff cause it wasnt in her name that was her first request instead of contacting me which should ring alarm bells. I emailed them and got a response, like they should have done for me. The money was in my NZ account i had just mucked up the transfer date. They could have emailed me but instead stirred up family drama and gave my personal information to another person. Then they said they did not care about breaching my privacy like they had done me a favor.... The most recent invoice i had did not show it was overdue, they quickly sent me a new one showing the missed payment but still never apologised. I want my belongings out of there but am stuck overseas. These people are horrible, and honestly i dont think you want that much drama from your storage facility. It has been a month and it still is causing me headaches from that person.
Landas is the best person to work with, kris has been as much as help as Landas. The dream team. Thus far I have had the best experience with the team.
Excellent communication. Great access. Clean and secure.
