Came in yesterday around 2:30pm to look at jewellery and was about to spend more than 10k for my brothers wedding but the old fair skinned lady with glasses and with gold bangles had so much attitude and looked disgusted as if we couldn’t afford it. Very bad customer service, didn’t make any conversation and wasn’t interested in serving as well. Hopefully you’ll get better employees who actually want to work there.

I don’t usually bother writing reviews but this place was so bad I had to. Went in twice this past week with my mum and both times were just awful. The second you walk in, the staff are on you like glue. They don’t give you a second to look around on your own constantly asking what you’re after and basically breathing down your neck until you buy something. It’s super pushy and uncomfortable, like they’re trying to rush you into buying just so they can get rid of you. The first time, I ended up buying two things in a split second because the guy wouldn’t leave us alone. He even kept hassling my mum while I was in the changing room, asking over and over how it was going once is fine, but constantly is just weird. I couldn’t even properly browse because I kept getting bombarded with questions. Had to go back to return one of the items and the same exact thing happened again. As soon as we walked in, a staff member latched onto us. And when I went to try something else on, he was literally waiting outside the changing room and wouldn’t leave until I came out. Honestly it felt invasive and just made me super uncomfortable.On top of all that, the stuff is way overpriced. Honestly, terrible customer service, pushy staff, and not worth the money. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Definitely not going back.
