Lynfield Post shop is my local post shop. Over the 24 years of living here I have found them to be courteous and very helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending them.to all.
Lovely people who go out of their way for their customers. Quick and efficient service. I come here regularly and the service has consistently been great. Yesterday I needed help with quite a complex situation and they were more than happy to help and got it done so quickly at no cost! Highly recommend.
Highly disappointing service from the post office clerk here. Came up with a random price for the item I was trying to ship, without even weighing it. Said it would be cheaper to send in a plastic bag, but as I had already wrapped parcel in recycled paper, I explained I would just prefer to send as is. Then she said it was too big and it would be $15.50 a different price to the one she randomly came up with earlier to send even though it perfectly fit in the template they use... I then went to Blockhouse Bay post office and it cost $8 to send with tracking. Will never go back, and recommend you do the same.

Went to the Lynfield Post Shop today with my mother to apply for some id etc. Very friendly team and the young man that took my mother’s photo was extremely helpful.
