Terrible service,terrible staff.  Three times I tried to open an account with all necessary documents. 30 minutes I was waiting answer when I called to the bank.

The new style branch which is very aesthetically pleasing. Im still not sold on the open counter, chill with your buddies at the bank type of concept. It may appear more in-touch with your customers but really... how much familiarity does one need when I'm taking care of my personal finances. There is a circular type counter and recently id asked to speak to a lending specialist whom sat me down just along from other customers and started discussing my finances. When I asked if there wasn't an office available ? As i wasn't comfortable talking about my financial requirements within earshot of the entire bank and queue of customers, I kind of got the feeling i was putting him out and his whole demeanor changed... not quite sure what that was about but susequently i have discovered everything I require I can have dealt with by the wondeful telephone banking staff.
