Gave up on the BNZ for my day to day banking. Have whittled down my dealings to a credit card only arrangement with them now. I hate their new set ups, this open space chill with your friends at the bank at an open counter. I had some important financial matters to discuss and booked an appointment... I was sat at the back of the circular desk/ counter thing they have and the staff started discussing my financial stuff right across from other customers. I had to ask if there was an office or booth we could use as I wasn't happy sitting in the open to discuss my finances which seemed to annoy him and his tone changed from then on. So yeah.. Went over to TSB... couldn't be happier with their professionalism and friendly manner. PLUS... no fees.... BNZ... get with the gig... theres no need to charge account fees... it's just greed !!
