Absolutely amazing customer service. The assistant manager was so so lovely and very helpful. The store was so nice and clean as well as well organised. Considering when we went she was doing it on her own she was doing an amazing job !!!

There are those days when you wish you were a girl. This store has got samples galore at bargain basement prices. I'm surprised my daughters ever leave. Sizes are limited but the range and prices make it worth visit.
Great outlet store but all small sizes. Good if you are looking for 6-12 there is a huge range.
I love going there. Some faulty ones are very easy to fix. Got a beautiful dress there for $5.00 & the only fault was a strap was out of its usual place but only a 1 minute fixing, wow what a bargain for beautiful dress.
Good price... But not much variety dresses or sizes
Lots of parking and so many lovely clothes. This was my first time shopping at the outlet shop and I found the perfect bag for work.
I phone Pagani Albany and I never get through. Their phone is in the cupboard unbelievable. I've heard this for 2 years that that's why they don't hear it ringing. Very frustrating. Also, I have been promised to receive a call back but no one phones me. I don't want to ever shop at Pagani again. I'm over them. It's been difficulties since I shopped at them for 3 years now. Endless problems - never will give you a refund either .
The Pagani outlet on Portage Road is definitely worth a visit for those wanting to buy affordable, but new clothes. The clothes are samples and those with minor damages which results in the products being very reasonable in comparison to their original price.
