nFrustrating and disappointing experience at Warehouse New Lynn.nCame in to get a product that the Warehouse app said was in stock, supposedly. After searching and finding nothing, I asked a staff member who vaguely told me to check near the checkouts. Still nothing. The second staff member I asked was more interested in his phone and said he didn’t know. I waited 10 minutes at the customer helpdesk before being told again that the system shows 40 in stock, but no one could tell me where. Another staff member wandered around before saying it was her home time and ultimately told me they didn’t have any. After all that, I gave up and placed a click and collect order at Lincoln Road instead.nnWhat’s the point of showing items in stock if no one, including your staff, can locate them?
This is a terrible store. It's extremely hot inside. You chould see the Indian lady at the till would rather be dragged naked across a field of broken glass than be there.nnA few months ago I ordered a click and collect. It took almost 2 weeks. When ai got there they couldn't find it and said I had to wait for the text. I showed them the text and they looked for another 30 minutes before finding it.nnI made the mistake twice of coming here. I won't do that again.
Thank you Shubham for assisting us. Firstly I just wanted to check the price for today and thought to buy the product later. But when you offered the help, I made my mind to buy that time itself. You took out the product from back of the shelf and assisted us till the car park.nThank you for your efforts and great customer service.nCheers !
Big day out at the red house looking for a vacuum cleaner and scored this deal on the mako commercial number. Got a few boogie boards to surf out the last of summer.nnWas so impressed with the range and price that I couldn’t pass on the 24 pack of Pepsi max sugar free. Went here last night to grab a lego for my Nephew as every other Warehouse in West is soldout. Went to the customer service desk & the lady said they had 4 out the back, but they close in 15-20 minutes and it will take too long so she didn't go and get she told me to come back tomorrow lol I've never had a shop deny a sale so random
