Thank you Shubham for assisting us. Firstly I just wanted to check the price for today and thought to buy the product later. But when you offered the help, I made my mind to buy that time itself. You took out the product from back of the shelf and assisted us till the car park.nThank you for your efforts and great customer service.nCheers !
This is a terrible store. It's extremely hot inside. You chould see the Indian lady at the till would rather be dragged naked across a field of broken glass than be there.nnA few months ago I ordered a click and collect. It took almost 2 weeks. When ai got there they couldn't find it and said I had to wait for the text. I showed them the text and they looked for another 30 minutes before finding it.nnI made the mistake twice of coming here. I won't do that again.
Kudos to the 2 young lads who has helped me today around opening time. They did a great job and handled the situation very professionally. I hope the Warehouse top bosses will see this and recognise their efforts.
Went here last night to grab a lego for my Nephew as every other Warehouse in West is soldout. Went to the customer service desk & the lady said they had 4 out the back, but they close in 15-20 minutes and it will take too long so she didn't go and get she told me to come back tomorrow lol I've never had a shop deny a sale so random
I have been shopping here for over 8 years and this is the first time I’ve had the worst customer experience here ever. I just bought a microwave oven around 6.15 pm today and took it home to realise that it’s a damaged unit. I immediately came back to the warehouse and had to go through worst customer experience from a check out counter operator who is barely out of school by the looks of it. When I returned to the shop with the damaged oven I found some space on the counter and kept it and she started saying that I have to wait till she finishes the queue. I waited aside and when she Started talking to me she made me so angry and I had to tell her to control her attitude. She responded to me as I am burden to her. Never said anything apologetic on behalf of the store to comfort me. She instead said that she is a just a check out operator and has nothing to do with broken goods kept on the shelves. This check out operator felt so entitled she didn’t even bother to smile or engage with me to ask about the inconvenience caused. It was around 7.30 when I returned back to the store and she was the only one at the checkout and half way through another operator came and helped me so the transaction. I felt so helpless as this cashier made me feel so small with her very sharp attitude and words. Shame on you warehouse for employing this type of people when there are so many good people out there waiting to get a job. The good people who worked here are all gone and now I don’t even feel like going there anymore. Tye management should take full responsibility for having such a rude girl at the checkout counters. 03/08/2024 at 7.30 pm.
