I was in the St Luke's store this morning. I was very warmly greeted by the female shop person. I found some items I was interested in. She was exceptionally helpful. When we realised the sizing I required was not in stock she located the closest store that had the item in my size. She phoned the store and had them put aside. Brilliant service. Fast , efficient and knowledgeable. I was very impressed. 
I also noted that  both male staff also asked if I needed any help 
This was a very good retail experience. 
It was the same at the ant Wellington outlet.

Good store i like the shoes here middle priced shoes not your high end label or cheap end quality shoes but in the middle plus they have buy 1 2nd half price deals

I was looking at some gorgeous boots and I was greeted by a friendly sales lady. After trying on a few boots,  I bought the boots I liked and was very impressed with the helpful sales lady who was very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. Thanks Tami (that's the name that appeared on the receipt).

Horrible Manager, Doesn't know customer service was really rude, before I could explain her volume went high as if she is doing a favour, but sales person Meena D was so kind and helpful and I purposely asked her name to appreciate her good work.
