I purchased a heater from St Lukes Warehouse after being assured I could return it within 60 days. When the product failed to work properly, I went back to return it. The staff showed no interest in helping, and the manager’s attitude was shockingly unprofessional — completely lacking basic customer service skills. This is not how customers should be treated. I strongly advise avoiding this place if you value your time, money, and respect.
We went to St Lukes The Warehouse store and spent around 30 minutes shopping. We selected two diaper bags, a lunch box, and a school bag. When we reached the billing counter, we realised our card was in the car and clearly said we would take just one minute to get it and return to complete the payment.nHowever, the staff did not listen at all and spoke very rudely, saying that once you goes out, you cannot come back in. They were not willing to understand the situation or help in any way. Because of this rude behaviour, all the time we spent shopping was completely wasted, and we had to leave without purchasing anything.nThis experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Basic customer service and courtesy were missing. We do not recommend this store to anyone, and we hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff behaviour if not management is going to lose the many customers like us.
Staff members are friendly, courteous, very helpful and attentive. The shop is quite huge and stock plenty of appliances and other items that will tickle you fancy. The quality is not too bad, though prices are now getting much expensive that a few years ago. Some items are priced competitively while for some other items, the price is still too high for its quality. Have plenty of parking spaces at the front, and at the side of the shop.
They have great variety of things, it’s a bigger store compared to the one in Auckland Central. There were Black Friday discounts going on. Got the potting mix and compost for the garden. Staff was distracted, I needed help with things but they just watched no one actually helped. No greetings at the billing counter or while leaving the store. Won’t recommend it.
The slowest click and collect known to mankind. Staff seem to be sloth like and not in a hurry to help let alone get your click and collect order. They will stop and do a variety of other things before looking for your order. Seriously would have been quicker driving to another store than wait for this.
