So Yeon at Shiseido was very lovely and friendly during my time choosing a blush, she gave me space when I needed it and then helped when I needed it super quickly and efficiently. She made me feel welcome and was lovely to chat to. I also love the blush. Super happy :
I came to the store wanted to buy body sun block. I went to Clinique, No stock! Shiseido, No stock! Nothing!! I also did not like the staff on first floor not friendly at all! There were always None trained staff at the counter! Nobody have any product knowledge! Lucky I love cosmetics and did research myself before I buy any products! Should just close first floor! Because for selling high prices cosmetics...this farmers is really...Not good at all!!
For a central city department store this location for Farmers is doing OK. They have all the normal items that you would expect ...the one disappointing area is the shared men and women's bathroom that you have to wait in line for.... Really? are we going that woke that we can't have separate Toilets.
A smaller farmers, but still had a decent selection. Not enough toy stock for us to complete our mission there though.
Best service . I really love the Farmers staff for being helpful freindly and the store is very well stocked with some amazing markdown prices in some of your favourite cosmetic. Prices are good too. My shea butter and the lipstick liner . The samples I was given also from the skin care range . Just everyone was so nice and that counts . Il always go back to nice
Greated and treated like royalty. Beauty counter. Well dressed english gentleman. He is the sort to not only sell to you but lift your spirits at the same time. Love love loved the service.

Did so much shopping here and bought gifts for a lot of my friends and family, asked for an extra shopping bag at the makeup checkout and was declined so rudely , “ if it fits in one bag we don’t give you extra “ so now I’m in rebel sport, bought few more things and they gave me an extra bag for the farmers makeup lol which I can give to to my friends
