The staff here is very friendly and helpful. The location is also quite convenient. Only issue is the stock. They usually have limited options in men's fashion. Overall experience is good.

THE worst farmers store in Auckland I know this having worked at Farmers for 3 years. Customer service basically non-existent. No smiles, no eagerness to help. We once asked a lady assistant for certain stockchildren's wear and she acted like we were a burden and helped with the utmost reluctance. Unfortunately, Northwest mall does not have many competitors, but I am hopeful that something better than Farmers will open up here
Found what the wife was looking for. Found prices a little higher than they used to be and I had to walk around a little due to toy section is hidden away but we came across friendly staff. But all in all, I though it was a good experience
Easy to find store in the nwer WestGate shopping mall with substantial off-street parking East of the mall. The well lit store has a great range of clothing, makeup and the like on the ground floor and limited electronic equipment, parts and accessories in addition to a selection of 'brownware' and 'whiteware' up the escalators. The very large store has well-laid out sections and displays. I didn't see a location guide anywhere. The Nespresso coffee machines and coffee capsules set out simply and effectively in an uncluttered display. Knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant team members.
clean, well lit. They had what I wanted, sheets and towels Check out guy was helpful. Different visit to gent's clothing, extremely helpful assistant. Excellent service from sales assistant... But ..... I was buying shorts and most of the pairs were on wrongly labeled hangers!
Couldn't find what we wanted but plenty of stock & helpful staff. Why r there children's changing rooms but several only unisex adults ones?
