This is my last choice for warehouses in west Auckland. While the stock range is great the staff are horrible. For example I was looking for a specific toy and found it was in boxes above the shelved toys. It took over 30 mins to get a staff member to get it down. Their restrooms are continually out of order. And if you are hoping to bypass their terrible customer service with click and collect services... think again. The collection process at this store has taken longer than doing the shop at this store myself every time I've used it. I try hard to avoid this particular warehouse as it is a poor example of this brand.

Great sales if you look hard enough! 😉 however with so many people there was only one cashier open. Long line. However after several calls over the speaker another was finally opened

Love the sales but be in quick. Parking never a problem & they can do a hold in another store for you.

Large, regulation Warehouse store with all the products and specials. Can be busy at times due to large number of footfalls. Staff is nice and patient. The best part is the overall service quality. Well recommended.

This one is nice and big so its not so crowded with stock. You can move around nicely
