Went to buy a dishwasher. Sales attendant couldn't explain why he was recommending an item other than saying several times that it was consumer recommended. Couldn't properly explain differences between models.

Expensive. I needed to buy a kettle and they had nothing under $60. If you wanted a decent one it was closer to $100. Got exactly what I wanted for $25 over the road at the Warehouse.

I can honestly say that I've had the BEST customer service experience in a very, very long time. I had an ongoing battle with Samsung with no resolution in sight. Alan stepped in, took control and resloved the issue for me instantly. Prior to this I had purchased a bunch of whiteware for my house, the sales rep's product knowledge was great and again great customer service, really went above and beyond. If I can get it at Harvey Norman Westgate I will not shop anywhere else.
