I think the fact that most, if not all the staff are musicians or engineers has a lot to do with Rockshop's great customer service. They hire staff who are part of their target market, so staff knowledge of products is usually pretty good. Not to mention, staff are friendly! Have never had an unprofessional customer service experience or problem with Rockshop.
Very helpful staff. Unfortunaltely they did not have the item I needed but researched and provided the address of a possible supplier. They had the item on the shelf when I went there. Great service.
Great customer service. Staff are really cool, and the vibes are awesome. Will definitely be coming back :D

I had an amazing experience at the rockshop Henderson! I was looking around for some equipment, and was helped out by a worker named Alicia. She was very knowledgeable in all the products, and extremely insightful. She was a great help in making my decision today, incredibly kind and respectful. The store itself was extremely neat and tidy, it has so much stock and different instruments/equipment. Would definitely give the rockshop Henderson a visit if you are in need of supplies.
The Rockshop Henderson is the music store for me; very personable staff, excellent knowledge, friendly, & they go the xtra yard to sort the needs of their customers. Recommend for Westies A+
