Went in to buy a gaming console, was informed one price by an employee, and when I returned after 15 minutes, was informed a higher price by another employee. Informed them about the conversation with the former employee, and the other guy there was very rude and arrogant in the way he told me that the lower price wasn't possible. Eventually they spoke to the former employee and offered me the original price. But the staff doesn't seem keen on helping customers, but seem rather rude and arrogant. One of the employees even went so far as to asking whether I would even buy it today. Thats not the way to handle customers. Hopefully someone reads this feedback and trains them properly in customer service. Had to buy the product from them since there weren't any available at jb hi fi or eb games. Would have definitely gone to them rather than these arrogant employees!!

I had this Chinese employer at new Lynn and he was the rudest person, I have ever met, he didn't even let my mother finish tslking, while were still explaining about my phone that was took for repairing, and that it was not explained well, they told me to sign the sheet without even letting me read it, I am Chinese myself, and the way the employer smiled at the customers, all he gave me was rude stares, I would beat him up on the spot if my mum wasn't there, hope yoU guys can tell ur employees to atleast smile next time and not look like an angry statue

I enjoy the spacious well set up store you can test the products like the loudness of the speakers flybuys available on most items friendly staff no hard selling

There is no more Noel Leeming at Lyn Mall and google not updated

Very expensive,staff member not very helpful esp when flybuys product not in store and have to run around to get it!
