The rudest store manager ever encountered in my life. An absolute egomaniac. Bought an iPhone 8. Didn't like it. Took it back here within 2 days. They say they'll refund as a gift card. We said we don't need a gift card, we want the money back. It's $1549 dollars!!! Store manager came and started shouting at us saying that's the Noel Leeming policy. Called the Noel Leeming customer service, they said they'll refund, just go back to this store again. But this guy wouldn't budge. He says this is his store no one can tell him what he should do. And he wouldn't listen to what Noel Leeming says. He harassed and abused us in front of their staff and other customers and challenged us to go to Consumer court (which we are going to). Never ever ever ever go to this store.

Was looking for a particular product, and was looking to purchase, however despite being in the store for 10 minutes I was not approached by a staff member and was stared at by a group of them from across the store. This lack of service combined with largely inflated prices leaves a bitter taste. Definitely worth looking elsewhere where your business is valued
