If you like being treated as ignorant and unreasonable despite spending large sums, this is the place for you. Delivery was not managed as communicated, 3 times. The great pricing got the second star.

First time shopping with Noel Leemings in general. Not a great start. Purchased a Mophie XXL Power Bank from the website last night 26/04 with the stock status advising customers no stock was available at my local stores (Manukau, Botany) so I selected my closest store to where I work (Newmarket) which had the stock status "low stock" listed next to this store. I proceed to purchase this item and hope for collection today 27/04. I then speak to a LiveChat agent Jan who advised that the Rose Gold is no in stock with that store, but the Space Grey is. I now advise to have this switched to Space Grey and a collection today would be great. I now call the store 3 times and get no answer, 4th time I get through only to be advised that I cannot collect the goods until the online team have processed my order. What is the big delay in processing online order?

Quite large Noel Leeming store. Have a lot of products for your choosing. I bought a TV, a stand mixer and a fridge from Noel Leeming, the mixer had a sale off to 450 nzd but when paying the system costed me without discount, luckily I recognize it and told the staff to check it, finally they gave me the discount as showing. For the fridge, I ordered online and picked up at this store, I took almost 4 weeks (20 working day plus weekends) because they did not have the product in store and they had to ship it from other country. Not recommend for order online in case they don't have in their stock.
