LONG REVIEW BUT HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO READ. I'm not really the type to hand out a bad review so loosely because I evaluate the situation properly and effectively. I like to help people who want to know about whether this company is deemed good to consider. Sadly I will not consider this company and go back there ever again. I took in my phone because it was playing up. It would show the apple logo as you turn it on, but then it turned black, showing that I needed to charge my phone. Even though, I charged it. I gave in my phone for them to fix which cost $80 fee for diagnosis which I was completely fine about. They made a conclusion that there was liquid in my phone. I picked up my phone a few days later to find out that my screen has been cracked which on that day I had given it in, I got my screen repaired before I took it to get it fixed. I was fuming but calmed myself because I didn't want to cause a scene so I asked nicely what happened to my screen. The guy told me that it was already smashed when I gave it in. I'm not the type of person that is good at confrontation so I walked out very upset. Note that I signed a contract saying that they hold no responsibility for any damage to the phone. One the bright side of was just happy that I got my phone back, the phone didn't last a day before it was back to square one. I took it in and now it is fixed, however my phone jack is loose so the head phones are useless for me. It's a problem after a problem ever since they "fixed" it and it shouldn't be like that. It should be right the first time so that I wouldn't have to write a bad review about it.

Went to a Spark store for help  who were in a word - USELESS!!! No help at all and tried to palm me off to some fixer upper store in Newmarket. So in frustration I looked up the internet and found these guys. My phone after being in a storm and getting water logged - just wouldn't charge back up to 100% and if it did it would then dive bomb back down very quickly losing it's charge.  The Core tried everything with my Iphone 6S Plus. Diagnostics testing, testing at both Lorne and Newton stores the whole thing and still couldn't isolate the problem. In the end I got it back and guess what- it's fixed - what ever they did - it's perfect. Highly recommended! Good dudes and really try to sort stuff out and don't like making you spend more then you have to. THANKS DEAN

Beware! Spent close to 700 dollars for a surface pro 3 screen repair. The screen spontaneously cracked within a week indicating that this was poorly repaired. They would not believe us citing "physical damage" and asks for another $400 repair at cost price. Unfortunately despite the crack being small, the screen is unusable.   Furthermore they are almost impossible to get hold of through email. Also lost my $200 surface keyboard rendering the computer useless. Save your money and repair at reputable stores. We will be taking this up with the commerce commision.
