Good service with great products, specially if you are after Apple accessories. Service is good too

MacBook would not accept my password and would not reset it either, took it into Ubertec, $50 dollars later after the diagnostics was done I have been told that everything is ok with my laptop and that they have managed to connect with the user they created but I still could not login with my password or reset it. I have been offered an option to further look into software for a minimum of $160 and given Apple support number to try if I want to. Decided to try Apple before doing further diagnostics and Apple support have managed to guide me through password reset process within 10 minutes over the phone. 
One star for good customer service or reception and for giving me Apple support number.
Very frustrating, waste of time and money.

Totally impressed with the level of customer service and speed of repair of my laptop. After being told by other service centres it might be a week before they could even look at it to diagnose, Ubertec had it diagnosed, parts ordered and fitted within 28 hours of me dropping it to them.

Impressed by the professionalism of the technicians at Ubertec. Taken our iMac's and MacBook into be repaired or upgraded on multiple occasions. Contacted us by phone-call to resolve our concerns quickly rather than letting the fester in an email inbox. Was quite impressed. Props to Jonathan and the team, highly recommended.

TERRIBLE service. Took 2 weeks to get my phone fixed because they forgot to tell me that I had to pay a fee before apple could send my phone even though I called them 2 times before I had to go into the store to get the matter sorted. When I got to the store they couldn't even find my order on the system. So if you are looking for fast and efficient service please go somewhere else. I have no clue why it says they are an premium service provider because they are not! Would give 0 starts if I could
