To Warehouse Stationery This morning I went to your Victoria St Auckland branch to have a document printed. After printing and paying I went to look for some pens. I was standing there for a while and trying some pens then I decided not to buy since I've got so many that I also bought from the same branch. On my way to the escalator this man Jacob stopped me and introduced himself as a manager and ask rudely if he could check my bag because according to him he saw me put something in it. It wasnt discreet and I started feeling awkward and mortified since there were other customers walking through that area of the shop. I asked him if he's accusing me of shoplifting, he said it's part of his job as a manager. I told him that I've never accuse of shoplifting in my entire life and his answer was just so unbelievable "People will experience it once in their lives". That was a very traumatic experience for me. Mortifying. I went there to print a document and paid 20cents using a dollar coin. The lady at the counter (which is always nice - her name is Ashley if not mistaken) didnt give me my 80cents change but I didnt bring it up because I considered maybe she's busy and it doesnt worth the hassle. But the traumatic experience that that manager Jacob has given me is unforgettable. I am very much willing to surrender for any bag check or pocket check as long as it will be done discreetly and nicely just to prove that I didnt steal a thing. I believe that as a human being I have the right to feel what I feel - and this made me feel that I was racially identified. I know that it is part of his job to check for possible theft and I also know that it is not part of his job to embarrassed a customer for a $6.99 worth of pen. He said that it is his privilege as a manager and I reckon that that privilege has been use in wrong judgement or worst, abused.

Item shows as in stock (Mobile LG 5x), I called them to double check, they confirm item in stock, I went there, waited for 15 mins, to be told "sorry, the item we have is faulty"! Waste of time!

Staff members at the printing are best team among any of printery. They are very friendly, efficient, and communicate well. The print price is very reasonable and I print my work often. I don't know what I would do without them!

They can be good but they have bad policies of closing their services 1/2 hour before they close. In this case they should just close 1/2 hour earlier. Their open times are not true if you expect full service.
