Nice shop but rude services. I bought the item and went to the checkout counter, and there was no staff at there. I found out the staff was talking to someone. I tried to let the staff know I need to check out the item but the staff didn't even give me a response. So I talked to the staff politely that I need to check out, the staff just said '' Did you not see I'm serving this person at this moment?'' I think it is not hard for staff to say ''Sorry I'm talking to this person right now, can you give me one minute, please?'' Apparently, the staff didn't want to do business with me.

Reasonable selection and okay pricing, but hugely let down here by staff who seem rude, unhelpful and make you feel like you're waisting their time. Really there's very little reason to use a highstreet shop instead of an online store, but somehow Surplustronics is missing the mark.

I walked in there asking for help with a home project and that I wanted to buy parts from them and the guy who helped(not) me basically told me that he can't help me without hearing what I even wanted...

Great for electronic components if you don't need a specific part, usually quite a bit cheaper than Jaycar.
