Nice huge JB Hi Fi store right in the middle of the city. I have seen this store right here for 12 years now. The stock is always up to date and the service levels from the staff are awesome. It is always a pleasure to visit the store and have a chat with any of the staff. All the products ranging from headphones to large home electronics, which I have bought from here have lasted long enough and are still working. The store customer policies are good and clearly descriptive. Highly recommended.

Good thing is they had everything in stock. but customer service has disappointed me. Went to buy new phone and Airpods. but due inexperienced staff i had to spend more time than I could wait and had to leave without airpods. if you are tired, thirsty and want to use washroom, they can not help at all. So be prepared before you go.

I love this JB Hifi in Queen street - Staff always super friendly and the specials are great buys. Large shop with a very wide selection from each type of product.

Went to this store to get a new earpiece. The range on stand was not available. Staff had no idea. Really surprised as in the past jbhifi has always been a go to. Will buy online moving forward

Great place to shop,they had what we wanted and at a great price.

I bought a Lenovo  Android tablet, a TUCANO case and an HDMI adapter ALÓGIC 15CM ULTRA USB C TO HDMI to connect the tablet to devices with HDMI inputs.  The person who “helped” me, gave me a case that was bigger and opened, that case had a note by hand that it was not compatible with Lenovo tablet and she still sold it to me.  I had to go back and change the case and they refunded the charge but when I connected the HDMI adapter back home I realized that it does not work with this tablet and that was what the sales lady offered me.  Now I have to return in 15 days and ask for a NEW  refund of what the lady from JB HIFI Queen St sold me, I’m in transit and  it’s very difficult all these issues.  This is a Very Bad Experience…

Been dealing with JB Hi Fi on Queen Street the last 6 months or so, and must add that Nash has been very patient in dealing with myself, and assisting with getting the right laptop and mobile phone!.The service I have received has been second to none, and I have found all other staff to be very pleasant in greeting me on entering.  My thanks again goes out to Nash, with his knowledge and expertise, highly recommended!

Really good service, went in quickly and bought my headphones. Excellent Service.

DO NOT GO THERE if you want to pricematch. It says on their website they will pricematch but when I went there got told they wouldn't unless its with PB Tech or Noel Leeming.
