I brought my Mac Book Pro and iPhone to repair these place. To my experience it turns they have done wonderful job. I would really like to thanks and appreciate for there work and price offered to me better then those flashy stores big companies around. All the best !

Shocking. Please do not take your phone to these guys. They mucked us around for months and months. We had to send the phone back two extra times to get it fixed. Each time they said they would pay for the courier. Turns out the cant fix the phone and have now said they wont pay for the courier. They never replied to emails, we constantly had to chase them down. Worst customer service experience we have ever dealt with. We were so patient and understanding with them but they constantly took advantage of us. Again, DO NOT trust these guys.

Imran went beyond the customer service expectation. He helped my father in law as I am based in UK. He was very sensitive to the situation and was amazing at helping out my father in law. Highly recommend CER Computer to anyone.

WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! “I found these place really good n trusted for gadget repairs. My iPhone 5s screen replaced twice with them gave me very good deal n service all 5 stars”. This was not posted by me, these people hacked into my phone when I got my iPhone screen repaired from them. They did a terrible job and the screen cracked in a month so I went back to them and they repaired it again but charged me again, claiming it broke due to me dropping it and wouldn’t return it until I paid them again. I had no choice but to pay. A couple of weeks later it broke again but this time I went to a different repairer and they said the last repair was not probably done and they used a cheap screen that’s why it kept cracking. When I saw this review I was furious and I don’t know what else they did. I edited this so people know not to go to them. They are crooks who have no morals or ethics. DON’T GO TO THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are terrible. I didn’t read the reviews when before I got my phone fixed by them. This was over a year ago when I dropped my phone off to them. They charged me $150 for a iPhone 5!!! When I could have gone somewhere else and got it fixed for $100 or less. When I got my phone back the next day, the screen colour was almost yellow and the phone could barely sense my touch which means I was unable to use it. Do not trust them at all.
