Awesome helpful staff go above and beyond
Went in to get some products and the service was totally horrible the lady behind the counter was swearing and and had a terrible attitude. When she got off the phone to a another customer her greating “was what do you want” I started to explain what I needed and the phone rang again so instead of helping me with what I needed to buy she picked up the phone.. I’m a pretty relaxed person so just waited till she was done and then continued to try and get the help I needed with products I wanted. The phone rang again and once again she picked it up and I was ignored. So I left and will spend my money elsewhere.
Amazing service instantly found the items I was after even with a very lose description of what a couple of them where grate guys definitely going back soon
Great NZ owned company with great staff and an awesome distributions lady named Domonique who knows her products like the back of her hand.
Excellent variety of stock,even some older vehicle parts .Polite helpful staff.Thanks mines fixed.
