I had an inquiry regarding broadband application yesterday (28/8/17). The guy was very accommodating and gave all details and then he proceeded on my application right away even i told him not to pushed it(he said just give me a call if you want to terminate the application simple as that) i rang him today 29/8/17 to cancel the application he did. After a while, he texted me saying he cant do it in the store and told me to call 777 (dont know but i think this number is not existing!) for the cancellation by myself! Im very UPSET! You are misleading your client!

the customer service person gave excellent service on Sunday 23 April.. She made us feel our requirements amd our enjoyment in shopping was here only concern. We need more customer service persons like this in our stores

Visiting your store today I was greeted with a grunt from your female staff member(clearly she was to busy on her phone to be interupted). When asked a simple question (after a sigh and eye roll) she proceeded to tell me your store doesn't do phone unlocking(fair enough not all do apparently) and no help with what I can do. I said the store in Westgate said they can & that I was happy to pay the $30, in a snippy voice she said well we don't and turned her back on me. I replied to this with "maybe retail isn't your thing" and started to leave, I glanced back to see her give me a very filthy look. I have to say Vodafone your staff may need some training....Looks like I will be renewing my contact with spark
