Don’t be fooled by their prices. They stock faulty products and will happily waste your time and inconvenience you getting them fixed using their in-house team when returned no mater what your situation is. Seems that is their business model and common practice. Additionally, I found their returns and customer service team to be unresponsive to my emails. If you value your time and expect to be treated as an important customer, I would recommend considering other options.
This company has the worst customer service in New Zealand . Do not trust any communication you receive from Grace Folau..she gave me false hope of a positive outcome for my situation and completely ignored all communication that followed.nnTheir managers don’t have the decency to call you while their team members have committed to a return phone call.nnThey stock faulty product and will not hesitate to waste your time .. do not shop at PB tech .”cheap and faulty items fixed at your inconvenience.
We had a great shopping and service experience at our preferred Henderson PBTECH store. Brad helped us to recommend the most suitable mesh router for our house. He took his time to explain in detail the installation process and when we still preferred further assistance he did the whole installation preparation for us in store. All we had to do pluck in the devices and enjoy strong internet coverage throughout the house. Thank you Brad, well done. You went the extra mile in customer service and created a truly great shopping and service experience.
Was planning on building my own gaming machine from parts everywhere. But this place always offers the best combos. Got their ready, basic combo and improved on it with my own parts. Painless. Some staff can be robotic bordering on dismissive, but does the job efficiently. Bought heaps from Pbtech already.
It's not a shop where you can look around. Rather, you buy it online and then go pick it up. Alternatively, you can just go and ask for whatever you are after providing it is in stock, and they will go and grab it for you from their stock.nnYes, it is simple, easy, and fast service.nIf you want to demo anything, you may have to go to a different store as you won't find any display items. It's more like a parts warehouse where you walk in the door and there is just a big service desk to walk up too.nnIt all good if you know what you are after.
