Good selection of some products but staff seem like they are focused on making a sale then anything else. Have noticed this in Sylvia Park, manukau and Lincoln Rd shop. Also if you are not dressed well, you'd be lucky to get any help at all, they will avoid complete eye contact!

Brilliant. No complaints friendly helpful staff who are extremely knowledgeable in regard to my purchasing a very large screen television answered all my questions without hesitation i will always shop Noel Leeming

Great customer service. Went to buy a camera for my friend and they gave the box without the charger by mistake. Other than that, can not say anything bad.

Haven’t come back here since bad experience happened sometime ago. Not good customer service. Felt strange since the guy charged wrong price to the product bought, somehow he did not apply the correct special price from the beginning, had to asked him to put the special price. Made me wonder, what did he know about when he was selling?

Worst customer experience ever, i wanted to bring back a screen that i wanted a refund for as it was too small. I brang it in with the box even though it was barely ripped, and no foam, but they couldnt even refund me? So pathetic, i will go to harvey norman from now on they are way more friendly.
