This afternoon I dealt w Jess today at the Specsavers in Henderson and she was amazing. Not only was she patient, she made sure I was comfortable while she was testing my eyes and helping me look for frames. Definitely recommend asking her for help when you visit
Worse scam ever!!! Free contact lenses trial, however, they don't give you a contacts case let alone tell you that you need to store contacts in them. When you question it the next day, they charge you not only for the case but also for the eye drops. Super dodgy and supervisor Rhindi has the worst customer service ever. Highly recommend you go with competitor if you want quality service
Went to Specsavers Henderson with my mother in law. We were running late for our appointment, so the lovely lady booked us in for an appointment later that afternoon. From the moment we arrived, staff were attentive and courteous. We dealt with four different team members for her various tests and product selection. I could not fault one of them, they were all amazing, The lady who helped us pick out glasses was exceptional. She was patient, helpful and had a wealth of knowledge, Thank you Specsavers, Henderson. Your customer service and product knowledge is superb.
Asim the optometrist was gentle and professional to my nervous 13 yo girl. He explained what he was about to do before he did the tests. Mariko who assisted us to look for a suitable frame was so friendly and helpful. She was very intuitive and subtle in her advise also patient to the needs and choices of my teenager first set of glasses. 100%

We visited Specsaver Henderson on Saturday and I must say my experience was just amazing. The optometrist Parushka is the best. Despite being super busy, she gave us an appointment as we needed to urgently see her. She took her time to examine me and made sure I understood my eye condition. The other staff were also super helpful. They helped us patiently and made sure we were looked after. They were busy and we took a while to decide our glasses but Jessica did not rush us, she patiently helped us and explained everything nicely. I would like to say a big thank you to Parushka, Karl and Jessica for helping us patiently. Highly recommend Specsaver Henderson.
Have been specsavers customer for a long time, but was very disappointed with them in fact its service and approach has changed over the last couple of years, there used to be some good obstetricians working there like Pieter but all has changed there. Don't intend to name and shame any salesperson as that could only be a result of lack of staff training or they have been told to do that. That is hard sell. I was there with my only pair of glasses and the frame had broken. but instead of helping were trying to sell products and services. The problem that could have been fixed easily and I was right went straight to OPSM in westcity mall and they fixed my problem in 30min and walked away and temporarily my problem was solved, I would highly recommend going to OPSM. As I said specsavers Henderson has been on down hill for last few years. I have nothing against the frontline staff.
Another incredible experience. I was greeted with a smile. The easy to find location across from the first floor McDonald's restaurant, near the North entrance/exit. The reception area was clean and tidy. The range of glasses frames are nicely and well set out but I seldom spend time studying all that there is to see. I was invited to complete a few tests and analyses before the main eye examination and specialist eye health check. I was able to organise for the visual field check to be done at the time of glasses pickup. The technician assisted me to choose the best frame for my needs and provided excellent full information about the "extras" that will help me obtain the best from my new glasses. Sorting through the many options with the range of extras is challenging - but doesn't have to be difficult. Pleasant, helpful and friendly team members.
Asked for my prescription spoke to Jen and still waiting for it. Not good service
purchased glasses from spec savers 2 years ago and at that time found staff to be helpful and courteous. I could find no fault with the standard of customer service. Unfortunately on my return in 2018, my experience was less than satisfactory, it appears there has been a change of staff with a much lower standard of service. At no time were their procedures or processes explained, I was given no explanation of why or what they were doing throughout the examination process. I was asked by the optometrist " why I needed glasses" which I found to be a rather stupid question. After exam the young staff member couldn't of been less interested in assisting with the option of choosing frames. I was offended when she asked if I was a winz client. I found her attitude very demeaning and condescending. I was so dissatisfied a few days later I phone the store to discuss my experience - needless to say it was a pointless conversation. Never again will I be using any spec saver store for my eye health.
