Store Manager Jaimik was helpful for my purchase online on returning as well due to sizing issues. Had to leave items returned behind for a day, next day went back with my 3rd itemas it was buy 2 get 1 free I had to explain the story to other Store manager IRENE who was loud and on my face talking about unable to refund today as their shop limit is over for the day..blah..blah..blah..bla She was frowning and frustrated in her talk. She even made me feel terrible on leaving the shop with no refund made available as I had to go back the next day to sort it all out. What a great shoppinh store experience!!Feel amazing how it all happened no more going back to see those faces.
Nice store, good layout, usually good staff but sometimes hard to find them. Great clearance stuff
Staff are friendly and helpful, which is just as well as it can sometimes be tricky to find exactly what you're looking for. The upstairs area is a bit of a pain if you have mobility issues but, overall it's a pleasant environment and I've generally been able to get what's been on my shopping list.

Always a great store to visit for traveling needs. Recommend becoming a member to get great discounts as well as earn voucher off future products. When they have a sale you can get some amazing stuff for a great price. The staff are also knowledgeable about what's best for the purpose you want it for so let them know what you intend to do and they can help you decide on the best products. Always high quality and haven't had any issues with anything I have bought there.
Love this store and their specials. Today I got leggings, down filled vest and hiking pants for the holidays down south.
There was a big sale on here today and I thought I would take advantage of it. Having not been in this store before I was having some difficulty finding the articles I wanted. I did not have to wait long however to get some help. A very nice assistant came over to me and spent some time finding the right articles and sizes and ensured I was happy with my purchases. It was a very happy experience and I would certainly come back again and tell my friends to also shop here.
The manager and staff at this store were amazing. Really friendly and helpful. We went on a Friday and it was busy however the manger helped us personally and nothing was too much. I wouldn't normally buy branded stuff like this however when we had a small problem with something we had bough from a different branch they sorted it out really quickly which meant we could continue on our way and are now having a great holiday. Thanks
Went in knowing exactly what I wanted and grabbed a couple of Heli jackets to try to confirm the size. Wasn't too busy and when we went to the counter to pay, the staff was friendly and gave some helpful tips on the jacketcare.

I was pleasantly surprised that the range of jackets and coats suitable for Artic conditions were tidy-casual in appearance in addition to the sporty and 'labelled' clothing. Quality packaging bags/pouches including scan-proof purses/wallets, locks and luggage/packs suitable for comfortable for traveling locally and internationally. Big range in pricing - so it pays to know a bit about the products you're interested in purchasing, and at what price, to score some great value-for-money purchases. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Easy access open and covered parking close by. Toilet facilities adjacent to premises. Cafes nearby.
